Mark as Useful Robo debt collector. Problem is when you pick up, after 5 seconds the computer hangs up. Probably set up more to torment than to get any action. I bet this debt collection agency has to show they are attempting to collect the debt. Once they know the debt holder can't pay, they will robo call them to show the primary debt holder that they are still working on that debt client.

Mark as Useful Called me saying I owed money on a cash advance loan for a company I never heard of, then wanted me to send documentation about my loan to show I paid it. No idea of the company they represent. This has to be some kind of scam

Mark as Useful called me at work, and said that he was calling because I had a legal obligation the next day at 11 am and wanted my lawyers information. I then said that I was not going to give him any information because if I was really due in court I would have something in writing and then I said no I am not giving it to you, and then he asked if I had been briefed on the case and I said no I have not and I know it is a scam because it has happened to me once before and now I am going to call the police. I then hung up and called The Sheriffs Dept in my county and told him what was going on. I then had my brother in law check my caller id at home and they had called there to but did not leave a message. Please be very careful of these calls this is the second time it ha happend to me and the first time it was $6000.00 that they wanted me to pay for some loan that I did not take out on the computer.

Mark as Useful Constant non-stop calls from the same individual looking for a Mary Wagner regarding a pending issue that will be filed in the city of St Louis. they will cll as early as 7 am, 2 to 3 times a day, weekends included...
